Important: How Payments Work on RideApack

RideApack does not collect, hold, or process the payment for any delivery. Customers pay drivers directly using any agreed method. RideApack only deducts a small platform service charge from the driver's wallet after a successful delivery.

How Payments Work

A simple 5-step overview of the full payment flow.

RideApack connects customers and drivers but does not process the delivery payment itself. Here is how the full payment flow works on the platform.

  1. Customer Creates Delivery Request

A customer posts a delivery request through the RideApack app.

  2. Driver Accepts Delivery

A verified driver accepts the request and heads to pickup.

  3. Customer Pays Driver Directly

The customer pays the driver using any mutually agreed method.

  4. Delivery Completed

The driver delivers the package and both parties confirm completion.

  5. Platform Service Charge Deducted

RideApack deducts the applicable service charge from the driver's wallet.

RideApack's only financial interaction with drivers is the platform service charge deducted from the driver's wallet after a successful delivery.

Customer Payments

Customers and drivers are free to choose any mutually agreed payment method. RideApack does not recommend one payment method over another and does not process or store these transactions.
