Package Safety Guidelines
SENDERS SHOULD ENSURE:
- Packages are securely packed.
- Accurate pickup and drop-off addresses are provided.
- Correct package size and weight are entered.
- Restricted or prohibited items are never submitted.
CARRIERS SHOULD:
- Handle every package with care.
- Verify the recipient using the OTP before handover.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
- Report damaged or suspicious packages immediately.
Prohibited Items
RideApack does not allow the transportation of the following items:
Attempting to transport prohibited items may result in account suspension or permanent removal.
Emergency Support
If you encounter any safety concerns during a delivery:
- Contact RideApack Support immediately.
- Report suspicious activity through the app.
- Contact local emergency services if immediate assistance is required.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our community, RideApack actively monitors:
- Fraudulent delivery requests

- Fake accounts

Accounts involved in fraudulent activities may be temporarily restricted or permanently banned.
